Solutions · Washing and handling

Washing line handling for reusable crates and bins

Reusable crates and bins come back folded, stacked and dirty. We automate the jobs either side of the washer: pallets in, stacks de-stacked, crates unfolded and emptied, bins conveyed through the wash, then clean product stacked, palletised and wrapped ready for dispatch. The same washer, fed every cycle, with fewer people on the line.
